Our hourly rates mean you only pay for what you use.
We handle the occupation of the space accepting reservations for the month. Permanent reservations are given priority, allowing our clients to establish a regular work schedule. New reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
* REGARDLESS OF $100 PER HOUR RATE NO-ONE COMPANY WILL HAVE EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE KITCHEN. REGULAR CUSTOMERS WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE ABILITY TO USE A TABLE, APPLIANCE, DISHWASHER, ETC.

The Street Vendors Association of Chicago (SVAC) opened a shared kitchen located in the North Lawndale neighborhood in 2016. After a while, the kitchen became a cooperative, called “Cocina Compartida de Trabajadores Cooperativistas”(CCTC), Here the street vendors take turns preparing food and then selling fearlessly. The city inspected and certified kitchen provides a space that all Chicago street vendors must use as established by the 2015 city ordinance that legalizes street vending.
